• 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 4 rye crackers (Wasa, for example)

  • 2 oz smoked salmon

  • 2 tbsp chopped chives


  1. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, honey, ginger, and lemon zest.
  2. Spread an equal amount of the cream cheese mixture on the crackers and top each with equal amounts of smoked salmon and chives.
