• 1 cup reduced fat ricotta
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 4 whole-grain frozen waffles, toasted


  1. In a bowl, stir together ricotta, blueberries, honey, and vanilla.
  2. Spread almond butter on two waffles and top each
with an equal amount of the ricotta-berry mixture.
  3. Top with remaining waffles and slice in half.
