Terry Crews has done just that while landing his fourth cover on M&F, being a movie star, a tv personality, and also a father of five. Many people ask “how does he attain a body like that?” Well, we at M&F are here to show you how its done with Crews’ upper body workout that will leave you feeling like you just conquered the world.

This workout begins with an explosive, total-body movement (the clean pull), moves on to the chest and finishes with arms. 

DIRECTIONS

Do the workout once a week, resting at least a day before and after any other upper-body training. aired exercises (marked A and B) are done as a superset. Do one set of A, then one set of B before resting as needed. Repeat the pairing until all sets are done. Perform all other moves as straight sets.
