Aaron "Wheelz" Fotheringham Masters the Megaramp

Being wheelchair bound doesn't stop this athlete from pushing the limits. What's your excuse?

Aaron "Wheelz" Fotheringham showed that he was up to the task when he nailed a jump over a megaramp in Brazil recently.

"Maybe if I think past the gap I will make the corridor," says the 20-year-old in the clip below.

Fotheringham went on to say that even though he was scared, it didn't stop him from going for it. And he pulled it off.

"This is the coolest feeling I have ever felt, because I have never hit a jump and then instantly gone into another trick," added the Las Vegas native, who was born with spina bifida, a birth defect that causes the spinal cord not to develop fully.

Check out Aaron's website here. In Fotheringham's bio, it says that he "wants to change the world’s perception of people in wheelchairs, as well as helping everyone see his/her own challenges in a new way."

More power to you, Wheelz!
