Birthday Protein Cake

To have your cake and eat your protein too, try this protein-packed dessert recipe.

Cake Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop ProSupps Vanilla Cake Whey Protein
  • 3 egg whites
  • 2 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/8 tsp xanthan gum or baking powder

 

Frosting:

  • 2 Tbsp JIF Whips, chocolate flavor

 

Directions:
Place all cake batter ingredients in a coffee mug or a small bowl, and mix using a fork. Place in microwave and heat on high for 45-60 seconds. (Be sure to watch cake as it rises in mug so it doesn't overflow.) Remove from microwave, let cool for a minute before topping with JIF whip. Top with sprinkles, if desired.
