Arnold Classic weekend starts off with the athlete’s meeting

The Main Event is still two days away, but an appetizer was served as 15 of the best bodybuilders in the world gathered at the Doubletree Hotel in Columbus, Ohio on Thursday night for the Arnold Classic athlete’s meeting. Two-time champ Dexter Jackson, Phil Heath, Gustavo Badell and Toney Freeman were just some of the current competitors who blended in with past champions like Ronnie Coleman, Rich Gaspari, Flex Wheeler and Mike Francois as the 20th edition of the Arnold Classic approaches on Saturday.
Prejudging for the event begins at noon on Saturday, while the women’s portion of the weekend starts tomorrow. Tune in to the forums on flexonline.com for commentary from eight-time Mr. Olympia and six-time Arnold Classic runner-up Chris Cormier.
