Flex and Ali Lewis Welcome Daughter Adiena Paige

At 9:17 AM on November 23, 2015, 4X Olympia 212 Showdown champion Flex Lewis and IFBB Bikini pro Ali Lewis (Rosen) welcomed their first child, daughter Adiena Paige Lewis. Weighing in at 7lbs 10oz, this tiny bundle of joy is already the apple of her father's eye, as can be seen in Flex's Instagram post below.
