⅔ cup plain, vanilla, or chocolate whey protein powder
3 tbsp chia seeds
Stir together nut butter, honey, orange zest, cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Add protein powder and mix until fully incorporated. The mixture should be doughy and just slightly moist, so if it‘s too dry, add water 1 tablespoon at a time.
Roll mixture into 12 1-inch balls. Place chia seeds in a shallow dish and roll balls in seeds. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
