Abel’s Aesthetic Training Tip:

“I am all about doing incline work on chest. I’ve always had a well-developed chest, and I think that’s why. While my friends were going into the gym and seeing how much they could bench press on a flat bench, I was the one in there doing incline bench presses. It engages your chest more than the flat bench—especially the upper chest, which is where most guys are lacking.”
