Abel’s Aesthetic Training Tip:

““I like to start with dumbbell shoulder pressing. You don’t have to have a spotter; if you can’t complete a rep, you can just drop the weight instead of getting stuck under it, like with a barbell. I also like the Smith Machine shoulder press. You’re able to go to complete failure, and you don’t have to worry about injuring yourself.”
