You don’t need fancy equipment or complicated exercises to build total-body muscle. Don’t believe us? You might change your mind after a few rounds of this punishing, no-weight circuit.

Sets of burpees, walkouts, and reverse crunches—with little to no rest in between—will not only have you sweating, they’ll turn you into a believer. Trust us: You’ll feel this workout in every muscle fiber.

Directions

You’ll do this workout as a circuit, meaning you’ll complete each exercise consecutively without rest. Once you’ve finished all exercises, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit for 5 to 10 rounds.

Depending upon your ability, you may shorten or lengthen the rest period. You may also complete more or fewer rounds.
