Man Performs Dumbbell Squat Punch Exercise During Workout

Get ready to sweat.

This high-octane, total-body circuit will make you work hard—really hard—to blast off those extra pounds that might still be sticking around after the holiday binge or one too many barbecues. A starting round of pushup rockets and kettlebell thrusters will get your blood pumping, while back-to-back jumping jacks and dumbbell squat punches will leave your muscles burning.

If you’re looking to lean out and get some real definition, look no further—this routine was built for you.

Directions

You’ll do this workout as a circuit, meaning you’ll complete each exercise consecutively without rest. Once you’ve finished all exercises, rest for 30 seconds. Repeat the entire circuit for 5 to 10 rounds.

Depending upon your ability, you may shorten or lengthen the rest period. You may also complete more or fewer rounds.
