Mike's Chang's 350 Rep, Body Blasting Workout

M&Fers are always looking for a solid routine that will build rock hard muscle and shredded, six-pack abs. In this video, Mike Chang of demonstrates a high-intensity circuit training routine that will push you to your limit. Chang’s workout will not only burn a ton of calories, it will also strengthen your core, build your muscles and challenge your endurance level.

The 350 Rep Workout

A) Wide Grip Pull-ups

B) Clapping Push-ups

C) Close Grip Push-ups

D) Mountain Climbers

Rep Range: 50, 50, 50, 200
Sets: 1
Rest Time: As little as possible

Do as many reps as possible of each exercise. Record that number on a piece of paper and move on to the next exercise until you have completed all of the exercises and repetitions.
