If you’ve been chugging the same bland protein shake for years now, it’s about time you switch it up. This tropical smoothie is a far cry from what you’re used to, and that’s a good thing.


  • 1½ cups frozen pineapple
  • 4 ice cubes
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • ¼ cup canned light coconut milk
  • ¼ cup 100% pure pomegranate juice
  • 2 scoops vanilla whey or egg-white protein powder


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender in order listed. Blend on high until smooth. Serve
