Creed II‘s Ivan Drago is a world-class badass, and Swedish action star Dolph Lundgren had to be ready to look the part. He turned to trainer Chris Skogberg (@chrisskogberg) to help get him in fighting shape.

Skogberg is Australian by way of Sweden. He knew Lundgren was coming off shoulder and hip surgeries and needed a program to keep him progressing while providing a protective effect. He came up with routines like the one below.

Dolph Lundgren's Upper-Body Blast
