Abel’s Aesthetic Training Tip:

“I like to start off my training week with legs, because it’s less crowded at the gym for those moves. Most lifters work the chest on Monday, so everyone’s in there bench pressing. I also like to begin with compound movements and heavier reps. When you have the most strength, you want to do compound movements. Don’t save those for later when you’re already exhausted.”
