With this letter you will find the entry form for the 2013 NPC JUNIOR USA BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIP, Bodybuilding, Fitness Figure, Men's Physique, Women's Physique, Bikini Championships, to be held May 18 at the North Charleston Performing Arts Center (Charleston, S.C). Please read the entire JR USA information thoroughly as it contains important material. There are separate entry forms for bodybuilding, fitness, figure, bikini, WPD and MPD competitors. The application must be fully completed and signed. If you are under 18 years old, make sure that your parent or guardian signs it. Once the application has been completed, send a money order – no personal checks – to pay for your entry fee and return it where instructed in your official entry form. Keep the information brochure for your own reference. There are no entry refunds.

COMPETITION SUITS MUST BE WORN BY BODYBUILDERS TO WEIGH-IN / CHECK-IN. IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBT ABOUT THE SUIT STYLE, BRING A SECOND SUIT! MUSIC / NPC REGULATIONS • All contestants MUST supply their own music and bring TWO copies to the mandatory athlete's meeting. Bodybuilders' music not to exceed 90 seconds and fitness contestants not to exceed 2 minutes. • Posing music MUST be on an otherwise blank cassette tape or CD and MUST be cued to your music. NO PROFANITY! • CD's and cassettes will be collected at the mandatory athletes' meetings prior to prejudging. • Men and Women bodybuilding contestants will not use music at the prejudging. There will be 45 seconds of posing in prejudging for bodybuilders and womens physique.. • Women's Fitness competitors will be allowed to use music at the prejudging (2 minutes). • No "T" back suits, metallic or vinyl will be allowed. However, female bodybuilding competitors will be allowed to wear multi-colored posing suits and jewelry at the evening show. Emphasis is on "good taste"! • Additional regulations pertaining to fitness and figure competitors only are set forth on the Fitness and Figure Entry Forms. POSING AND AWARDS The top 15 competitors in each bodybuilding class and top 15 fitness, figure & bikini finalists in each height class will be introduced on stage at the finals. The top five in each bodybuilding class will perform their routines. The top five fitness competitors in each height class will perform their routines and will be compared in their two-piece swimsuit, as will the top five figure competitors. The top five athletes in each bodybuilding class plus an overall men's and women's winner and the top five fitness, figure and bikini winners in each height class plus an overall fitness, figure and bikini winner will be awarded trophies. Pro Cards will be awarded to “THREE” class winners in both the Figure and Bikini divisions. A Pro Card will be awarded to the "overall" Fitness winner. The Women's Physique and Men's Physique Divisions will be awarded "TWO" Pro Cards each.
