McMillan Throws Hat into 2013 FIBO Power

Looking for redemption from his 2013 Arnold Classic performance, IFBB Pro and Army Master Sergeant Cedric McMillan will be competing in the 2013 FIBO Power.

McMillan will be going toe to toe with Toney Freeman, who placed 3rd at this year's Arnold, in which McMillan took a disappointing 6th. Cedric's also going to have a hard time battling with Johnnie Jackson who will be back defending his 2012 FIBO Power title.
