Birthday Cake Protein Shake
You'll need
  • 1 cup shredded coconut meat
  • 8 oz coconut water
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of ginger
  • pinch of black pepper
  • pinch of clove
  • ice
1. Put your muscles to work and carefully break open a fresh coconut.
2. Pour the coconut water into a blender and with a spoon, scoop out the coconut meat.
3. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with a little ice for a detoxifying protein smoothie that tastes as good as cake.
