Decline bench reverse curl-up

    Adjust the bench so that it's on a slight decline. Lay down with your hips and knees at a 90 degree angle, using your hands to hold on to the edge of the bench for support.

    Raise your hips off of the bench and curl them inward. Take a short pause, then lower your legs until your heels almost touch the floor. That's one rep.
