  1. TRX Mountain Climber
    First, adjust straps to midcalf height. Then, with your hands and knees on the floor and facing away from the straps, secure your feet in the handles. Assume a pushup position, shoulders over your hands.
  2. TRX Mountain Climber
    While maintaining a rigid plank, pull your knees into your chest one at a time.
  3. TRX Mountain Climber
    It’s the same motion you would use with standard mountain climbers, only here your feet are hovering off the floor the entire time.
