Alternating Kettlebell Press


  1. Don-Salidino-Performing-Alternating-Kettlebell-Press-Step-One
    Clean a kettlebell to the front rack position, with your elbow tucked in to your side.
  2. Don-Salidino-Performing-Alternating-Kettlebell-Press-Step-two
    Squeeze your abs and glutes, then press the weight overhead until your elbow is locked out.
  3. Don-Salidino-Performing-Alternating-Kettlebell-Press-Step-three
    Repeat with the opposite arm to complete the rep.
