Dumbbell Triple Triceps Extension

Instructions

  1. Overhead Two-Arm Triceps Extension
    Extend your arms fully and raise the dumbbell overhead.
  2. Overhead Two-Arm Triceps Extension
    Lower the dumbbell behind your head, bending at the elbows. Keep your elbows steady. Stop just shy of the dumbbell touching your neck. Pause for one second, then extend your arms back to the starting position overhead.
  3. Overhead Two-Arm Triceps Extension
    After reaching failure, rest for about 30 seconds and perform another set to failure. Rest for another 30 seconds, then repeat.
