    Lying on a bench, hold the head of the dumbbell with both hands, arms fully extended and triceps locked.
  2. Muscular-Topless-Male-Performing-Lying-Dumbbell-Pullover-End-Position
    Bend your elbows and lower the dumbbell behind your head, continue to lower the dumbbell so your elbows are equal level as your head. Pause, then return to the start position.
