    Grab the handles with your palms facing each other, lean back, and shift your feet forward so that your body forms a 45-degree angle.
  2. TRX Scarecrow
    Contract your back and posterior shoulders to perform a reverse flye, keeping your arms straight but not quite locked out, until you’re upright. Your body should form a T. Lower back down under control.
