Banded One-Arm Chest Press


  1. Banded-One-Arm-Chest-Press-Hers
    Anchor the band behind you at shoulder level and grab the other end in one hand. Step away from the anchor to create tension and stagger your feet. Perform a chest press with one arm, stopping when your elbow is just shy of full lockout, your hand in front of your shoulder.
  2. Banded-One-Arm-Chest-Press-Hers
    Repeat all reps with that arm, then switch arms.
