Banded One-Arm Row


  1. Banded-One-Arm-Row-Hers
    Anchor the band in front of you at chest height. Grab the other end in one hand and walk back to create tension.
  2. Banded-One-Arm-Row-Hers
    With knees bent and torso upright, pull the band to your side. Keep your elbow near your side during the move. Repeat for 15 reps, then switch sides.
