  1. Banded-Pallof-Press-Hers
    Anchor the band at chest height, grab the opposite end of it in both hands, and step away from the anchor.
  2. Banded-Pallof-Press-Hers
    Standing sideways to the anchor with a solid base, slowly extend your arms straight out in front of you, hold for a count, then bring your hands back to your chest. Don’t let your torso twist toward the anchor. Repeat all reps, then switch sides.
