Banded Pushup


  1. Banded-Pushup-Her
    Hold the band in both hands in front you, then bring it overhead and behind you so that it runs across your back (just below your shoulders) with your elbows bent.
  2. Banded-Pushup-Hers
    Descend to the floor in a pushup position, keep the band tense on your back, and do standard pushups.
