Squat Jump


  1. Squat Jump
    Stand with feet slightly wider than hip-distance apart, arms at sides. Squat down, keeping body weight over heels; bring hands together in front of chest
  2. Squat Jump
    Pushing through heels, explode off the floor, straightening legs as you bring arms behind you. Land in a squat and repeat.

Trainer’s Tips

  • After jumping off the floor, land softly in a squat as quietly and with as much control as possible.
