Instructions

  1. Banded-Lateral-X-Walk-Hers
    Step on one end of the band with both feet, cross the band in front of you to form an X, and hold it at chest height with both hands.
  2. Banded-Lateral-X-Walk-Hers
    Step laterally with one foot, then bring the other foot over. Repeat in the opposite direction—that’s 1 rep per side.
