Banded Power Jump


  1. Banded-Power-Jump-Hers
    Anchor the band behind you just above the floor and wrap the other end around your waist. Step forward to create a small amount of tension and lean forward slightly in an athletic stance.

    Perform a standing broad jump. Land gently with soft knees, step to the start position, and repeat.
