Hamstring Curl on Sliders


  1. Hamstring Curl
    Lie faceup on floor, arms at sides with palms down, legs extended with heels on gliding discs. Lift glutes about 1-2 inches off the floor, squeezing muscles.
  2. Hamstring Curl
    Lift hips as you bring heels toward glutes until heels are under knees. Slide heels to start, keeping glutes lifted, and repeat.
