    Lunge forward with right leg, stepping onto plates, passing kettlebell under right thigh into right hand.
  3. Pass-Through Lunge
    Step back with right leg to start and repeat, this time lunging with left leg and passing the kettlebell under left thigh into left hand. Repeat, alternating sides.
