  1. TRX Leg Curl
    Lie faceup on the floor with your feet in the handles a couple of feet off the floor. Start with your legs extended, then contract your hamstrings to bend your knees and bring your feet toward your glutes. Keep your hips up (not sagging) the entire time by contracting your glutes. Extend your legs back to the start position.
