TRX Squat Jump


  1. TRX Squat Jump
    Standing upright, grab the handles with your elbows bent, keeping minimal slack in the straps. Squat down as deep as you can, then explode out of the hole to extend your hips and knees and jump at the top.
  2. TRX Squat Jump
    As you leave your feet, push down on the straps to propel yourself slightly higher. Land with soft knees, then go right into the next rep.
