  1. 800-Hang-Clean-and-Press-1
    Hold a loaded barbell, with arms extended, at hip height. Pull up and drive hips forward so bar is resting on chest.
  2. 800-Hang-Clean-and-Press-2
    From there, drive it up and overhead.
