    Grab a kettlebell that’s 5 to 10 pounds lighter than the dumbbell weight you’d use for this move. Start with both kettlebells at shoulder height, palms facing in.

    Press the weight overhead, rotating your arms outward so that your palms are facing out at the apex of the exercise.
