Seated Alternating Dumbbell Front Raise

    While sitting upright on a bench, alternately raise each dumbbell in front of you, keeping a slight bend in your arms. Stop when the dumbbell is level with your head; any higher and you begin to lose tension in your shoulder. Start lifting with the opposite arm once the dumbbell is fully lowered.
