  1. Suspension Trainer
    Set straps low and place a foot into each of the foot cradles of the suspension trainer. Then get into pushup position and bend your elbows to rest your forearms on the floor. Engage your core by squeezing your abs, glutes, and quads. Keeping your abs braced, drive your body back toward the anchor point by pressing into the floor with your forearms. Keeping your core engaged, pull your body back to the start.
