The Flex Weekend Italy Pro went down on Sunday, June 28, in Milan, Italy, and with three categories contested there was everything to muscle-up for, because the winner of each group stamped their tickets to the 2026 Olympia event in Las Vegas.
The Open, Physique, and Classic Physique categories took center stage in Milan as the masters of muscle duked it out for a direct route to bodybuilding’s most prestigious show.
A complete breakdown of the Open, Men’s Physique, and Classic Physique champions who earned Olympia qualification in Milan.
William Bonac had been a heavy favorite going into Italy because his momentum included first place at both the France and Spain Pro shows, but Kargbo’s size and fullness could not be denied. “Olympia bound,” wrote the representative of Dubai on Instagram, after earning his first spot in a Mr. Olympia final, and pushing Bonac into second place, while Jordan Hutchinson reached third.
Spain’s Sidy Pouye did the double in Milan, repeating his Spain Pro victory with another first-place finish in Italy. Now he’ll be hoping to surpass his best Olympia result, which was a twelfth-place finish in 2024. No doubt, Pouye’s definition helped him stand out in the Italy Pro’s most packed category, which had a whopping 36 entrants. In second place was Lollo Giachetti, with Jessy Pigury coming third.
Luca Regar also took a second victory in 2026, and qualified for the Olympia after following up his-first place finish in Spain with a full physique and huge quads. In second place was Paulo Henrique, while Francesco Vedova made third.
“Take some time to appreciate what you have,” commented the German champ via Instagram. “I have the best support system I could ever ask for. Nothing would be possible without my team.” Regar will not be working to improve on his 2024 and 2025 Olympia showings, however, as he is yet to crack the top 16.
All three bodybuilders are now headed to bodybuilding’s most prestigious show, the 2026 Mr. Olympia, set to take place between September 24–27 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
