TRX Biceps Curls

There aren't a lot of ways to work your biceps. After all, they’re a small muscle with a joint that moves one way, so curling is as good as it gets. However, that doesn’t mean you can’t provoke growth by using different implements, like the TRX, which will create more instability in the muscle than a dumbbell or barbell. Plus, when the muscle has to work to move your entire body—curling your body weight of, say, 185 pounds is more than you’ll ever be able to lift with a barbell—as well as stabilize itself, you’ll recruit even more muscle fibers. Finally, using a TRX doesn’t lock your joints into place like curling with a barbell does, so it’s safer than hoisting iron. Sounds like a win-win-win to us.
