Chicken Breast Fajitas

Ingredients: 
2 lbs chicken breast
9 Ezekiel wraps
2–3 packets of taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
Lettuce
Shredded cheese
Tomatoes
Fat-free sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken breast into thin strips. Place in pan on medium- high heat until chicken is cooked thoroughly. Drain, then add taco seasoning and water to pan.
  2. Reheat and reduce until chicken is evenly coated and sauce is of desired thickness. Remove from heat and add to Ezekiel wraps.
  3. Add desired toppings (lettuce, cheese, tomato, sour cream). This should make approximately nine fajitas, each containing 1⁄3 pound (precooked weight) of chicken breast.
