No matter which way you look at it, there’s no denying that Mark Wahlberg is the definition of Hollywood success. Not only is the guy a ridiculously successful entrepreneur (between his chain of hamburger restaurants, a fitness water company he fronts with Sean Combs, and a clean supplement company), he’s also reached megastardom thanks to his roles in countless blockbusters and a set of biceps that any guy would envy.

So you’d probably think that Wahlberg would be the perfect person to seek advice from on starting a career in Hollywood, right?

But he doesn’t see it that way.

During a recent appearance alongside Spider-Man: Homecoming’s Tom Holland (and a stunning Sienna Miller) on The Graham Norton Show, Walhberg was asked to give some career advice to Holland, who’s just getting started in the business.

Wahlberg’s initial response? “I’m the last person you should ask for advice,” he joked. Before making it as an actor, Wahlberg faced legal trouble—and when he finally did land his first big role, he spent the entire paycheck on a new Mercedes, even though he didn’t have any money for registration or insurance.

Wahlberg did, however, have a few tips for Holland: get a jacuzzi, move to Los Angeles, get a medical marijuana license, and “have some fun for me,” he said.

Transformers: The Last Knight, directed by Michael Bay and starring Wahlberg, hits theaters on June 21, 2017.
