Lying Abduction Stretch

    Lie on the floor on one side, your knees bent to 90 degrees with one leg stacked on top of the other.
  2. Lying Abduction Stretch
    Lift your top knee, raising it as high as you can while keeping your feet together. Pause, then return to the starting position.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Hold the stretch at the top of the movement and squeeze your glutes.
  • Keep your feet together at all times.
