Swiss Ball Jackknife

The Swiss ball jackknife is a core stabilizing exercise that improves balance, strength, and flexibility throughout the hip and abdominal region.


  1. 805_A
    Get into a pushup position with hands on the ground shoulder-width apart and shins resting on a Swiss ball. Brace core. Form a straight line from your shoulders to your feet.
  2. Swiss Ball Jackknife
    Roll the ball inward bending the legs and pulling it with your feet until your thighs touch your stomach. Roll the ball back to the starting position.

  • Do not allow your hips to sag throughout the movement.
