Wrist Extension Stretch

The wrist extension stretch helps improve flexibility and mobility in the wrist joint. The upward, extension movement will slightly target the outer region of the forearms.

    Stand tall and extend both arms out directly in front of you.
  2. Wrist Extension Stretch
    Bend your right wrist back to point your fingers to the sky, then grab them with your left hand. Pull the fingers back, feeling the stretch. Hold for the prescribed time.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Avoid stretching too far. The muscles and tendons in the hand can be injured, so apply pressure gradually.
  • Avoid bending the elbow. This reduces the stretch.
