Chest Foam Roll

The chest foam reduces muscle soreness and tightness throughout the chest. This exercise may be used for recovery or warm-up purposes.


  1. 1024_A
    Lay face-down on top of a foam roller placed just below your armpits. Extend one arm forward.
  2. Chest Foam Roll
    Press your chest into the foam roller and roll back in forth in small movements. Extend your other arm and repeat.

Trainer’s Tips

  • Press down with your chest as forcefully as possible.
