Instructions

    Begin in a full pushup position holding handles of two kettlebells placed shoulder-distance apart on the floor, legs extended behind you and core tight.
  2. Kettlebell Pushup
    Slowly lower chest toward floor, keeping elbows close to sides, head in line with spine and core tight. Push through chest back to start; repeat.
