Stand up tall with your arms raised overhead. Step forward into a lunge, dropping your front knee to 90 degrees.
Twist your torso toward the front leg while keep your arms locked overhead. Push through your front leg to return to the starting position.
Do not let your knee move past your foot.
Keep your back flat and always move within a comfortable range of motion.
